There are different forms of exercise for the memory to make it more efficient and faster, here we present some workouts for the brain every few minutes a day and achieved superb results.
Memory is the capacity that allows us to remember and store information. This is done through electrical connections that has the nerve cells (synapses). There are two types of memory: short and long term, in the first issue we only momentary responses to certain circumstances, the second are those skills that are embedded in us.
With the following exercises you will increase the memory easily. These practical exercises to improve memory to perform solo and that will be very helpful if you keep your head.
1. Make a list of objects, people or places, like household goods, names of artists, makes of car, etc.. Now just proceed to recall the list again and again, after you’ve accomplished, fully displayed every object or person you want to remember place (for example if you remember a flower displays its texture, color, smell, shape, etc.). after reasonable ways to remember the list you’ve done. This will help improve visual memory.
2. Solve puzzles, crosswords and all those logic games that you can find because with these exercises in logic not only to remember ways and methods to solve but that achieving greater speed in your thoughts.
3. Learn another language: This reactivate brain connections as well that force the brain to which you can memorize new words, ways to pronounce, to devise sentences, etc..
4. Make difficult tasks: When you perform tasks to which you are not familiar, well that means having and developing a broader thought process are reactivated parts of the brain, which may guide us to complete the task satisfactorily (examples : do your tax return, to compose a household appliance, furniture repair, etc.)..
