In recent years, research scientists around the fish oil abound. At the four corners of the planet, teams of scholars attribute always more beneficial properties to health. A quick review of the literature on the topic makes us want to get out the barbecue grill for a few sardines. Fish oil is not a miracle but it would prove still saving for some people suffering from health problems related to a deficiency in omega-3, such as acne or depression. Researchers at the Swedish University of Gothenburg say she would even smarter.

Recently, a team of Swedish researchers from the University Hospital in Gothenburg, has analyzed the values of IQ, the ability of expression and spatial orientation of 3972 Swedes aged 15 in 2000, then three years later. The boys aged 15 who ate fish at least once a week had a score on average 7% higher in the IQ test three years later, while those who ate more than once per week had a score 12% higher than average, according to the results of the study.
“There is a clear correlation between regular consumption of fish 15 years and the best intellectual possibilities to 18,” concludes Dr Aaberg, co-author of the survey.
Fish oil cons acne
As with many health problems, acne is caused by an inflammatory condition of the body. This inflammatory condition is caused among others by poor diet type industrial base of sugar and refined flour. Omega-3 contain anti-inflammatory properties that help prevent skin inflammation and thus the appearance of blackheads and pimples.
