That contains fish oil? And how it affects health?
The peculiarity of the fish oil is in its very high in omega-3. As so aptly Dr. David Servan Schreiber in his excellent book Healing:
“The brain is part of the body. As the cells of all other organs, the brain they renew their constituents at all times. The cells are doing tomorrow what we eat today. Yet two-thirds, the brain is composed of fatty acids. If we eat mostly saturated fats – those such as butter or animal fats are solid at room temperature – their rigidity is reflected by a rigidity of brain cells. If Instead, we eat mostly polyunsaturated fats – which are liquid at room temperature – the duct cells of the brain are more fluid, more flexible. Especially in the case of omega-3 ” .

The boys aged 15 who ate fish at least once a week had a score on average 7% higher in the IQ test three years later, while those who ate more than once per week had a score 12% higher than average, according to the results of the study.

“There is a clear correlation between regular consumption of fish 15 years and the best intellectual possibilities to 18,” concludes Dr Aaberg, co-author of the survey.
