Ingredients
* 250 cc of water.
2 teaspoons dried red clover flowers.
Preparation
* Boil the water.
* Add the dried flowers.
* Let stand for 15 minutes.
* Drink.
While the doctor who must indicate how to take red clover tea, it is suggested to drink 3 cups daily.
Importantly, consumption of red clover tea is contraindicated in persons who have clotting problems and consume drugs such as heparin, ticlopidine, wafarin and estrogens.
