Vegetable Tortilla against high cholesterol
the tortillas are always delicious and everyone likes. But eating lots of eggs can be very harmful for those with high cholesterol. Of course, alternatives exist, as this wonderful recipe for vegetable omelette without eggs, which in no way affect those who suffer from hypercholesterolemia.
Ingredients:
* Number of egg substitute equivalent to three
* Half red pepper
* Some spinach leaves
* A small onion
* A small carrot grated pumpkin or equivalent
* Spray plant
* Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Cut pepper into thin strips, chops onions and cut it roughly spinach leaves, grated carrot as well or squash. Meanwhile, prepare the right amount of egg substitute made with chickpea flour and water.
Heat a frying pan, which sprinkle vegetable spray. Add vegetables and cook. Next, add the egg substitute, finish cooking on both sides until golden brown. That will be the time to enjoy this delicious vegetable omelet without eggs against cholesterol.
