CholesterolAsparagus can always be good allies for the anti-cholesterol diet. In fact, their properties are very interesting to cleanse the body. For the same reason, do not stop to include them in your regular meals. A good way to do it is through this delicious sauce with asparagus, prepared quickly and can be enjoyed with many different recipes, from meat to vegetables.

Ingredients:

* Five or six big studs
* a small onion
* a teaspoon of cornstarch or cornstarch
* a cup of vegetable broth defatted
* Spray plant
* Salt and pepper

Preparation:

Cut the asparagus into pieces and chop the onion fine. Take a pan, put it to warm up and put some vegetable spray on it. Saute asparagus and onion, adding a little salt.

Once tender, also added a tablespoon of cornstarch and a cup of broth. Let boil for about five minutes, until thickened. Grind in a blender and grinds of salt and pepper. This sauce can be used to fish, white meat and even pasta and roasted vegetables without any problems.
