Shantala massage provides both parents and child physical contact and tranquility through soothing touch.
To continue learning as Masjed Shantal praticar the baby properly, we leave the second part of how to perform them.
* Massage the baby’s belly
Or massage in the stomach area is one of the most important steps. The baby has not yet developed the complete digestive system and the accumulation of gases is very common.
Or massaging the abdominal area to avoid accumulation of gases uncomfortable while promoting the digestion of food and prevents constipation.
* Massage the baby’s chest
To massage the breast or the small, you can imagine that this is a book you have to scroll through their leaves.
Or so, starting from the center of the chest and to move first on one shoulder and then to the other, as if you had to pull the leaves of that book.
O With these moves you will develop the baby’s respiratory system and avoid the accumulation, or favors that are removed, secretions.
* Works of the child’s arms
Or your baby’s arms are massaged in the same way that the legs, from the bottom up and top down.
Or As in the lower extremities, these movements promote blood circulation and promote bone growth.
